Our founder explains why we founded Top Tasting Tours….

“Being Belgian, food was always centre stage for me growing up. Coming from a family of hoteliers, I have vivid memories of spending time in the kitchens taking in all the sights, sounds and smells. My childhood experiences graduated into a lasting passion. From chef school to the wider world of food and drink, I went on to work in London as a Sommelier and have also been fortunate to work at Michelin star restaurants. Top Tasting Tours has been a natural progression, which combining over 20 years of experience with my love of food and people, has resulted in the creation of experiences that are truly special.”

Each unique tour is taken by one of our many passionate and dedicated local guides who lead you to the best corners of the city. As you eat your way around town, a narrative of history accompanies your tasting delights set in the context of the local area, weaving interesting insights into to both food and city.
